Alexander Mcqueen Fall 2000 -2001

 

 So in my lecture this morning, my tutor showed us a video of Alexander McQueen's Fall/Winter 2000-2001 show in Paris. It's got my thinking more about my catwalk look and how I am going to create my look... I feel sorry for the models having to walk along that floor in heels!
But the whole catwalk is gorgeous; all the prints, colours and textures. The hair looks amazing with the gold/yellow hair paint in the center of their hair going down onto their forehead and face.

This is SO scary! Esspecially walking on that floor!!! But I love how different and shocking this look is for the catwalk. It's so dangerous but looks fabulous. Those earing are class and the combination of hair and makeup against the clothing and the styling really compliment each other.

The beautiful fabrics used in his collection. It's almost a gothic tribal look...
